He has been described as dark in colour and self described as ugly as well.
As for the Madisar mode of wearing a sari which seems a major issue is quite amusing In most parts of India perhaps Kerala and North east excepted the use of "kacha(m)" was common to both men and women. In Bengal in particular the majority of highly educated intellectuals(including the Communists) wore their dhoti with unusual elegance. And one can see the traditional rural women and fisherwomen in Maharashtra wearing the sari in a "madisar' mode. Perhaps Tmails need to travel more and see India.
One can hardly disagree with T M Krishna but his combative methods seem to be quite
the common approach in TN. All one needs to see is the difference between Mr EVR and Sree Narayana Guru of Kerala.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15131630063119645480noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2383732783190307682.post-5317101151411645522018-03-08T20:07:43.007-05:002018-03-08T20:07:43.007-05:00@வன்பாக்கம் விஜயராகவன்

It is a particular narrative which fits in with the present fashion of blaming brahmins and beyond a point, is neither here nor there. Are you a connoisseur of carnatic music and do you regularly or occasionally goto carnatic concerts ? if a particular ragam is sung below par , will your aesthetic ears pick it up ? have your fiends and relatives been suppressed in their musical learning or career advancement by the alleged caste clique in carnatic music?

Funny , in all 'cultural criticisms' there has never been first person narration of experiences.

cheers
