We should blame the organization who called her to narrate her knowledge to spread the value of Tamil. He told me that you're not a Hindutva man. So, I can take you as a fair voice in matters involving U Ve Sa. There was one writer in the tamilhindu.com who referred to Thamizachi Thangapandian's negative views on the Tamil savant. But he didn't give any link. When I called for it, Jatayu directed me here.

So, I went thorough this article to know about her views on the Tamil scholar. It came in the middle. After reading that, I closed the article because other matters dealt with your article aren't relevant to my purpose now.

You are tiring the reader by writing so many epithets about the subject person of your article. Whether you respect the subject or not is your personal matter. You're not aware of the fact that such unnecessary description of the subject person and others related to her are distracting me from focusing on your relevant points.

Ok. As you've shown here, she took the Tamil scholar to task for not giving respect to Tamil words. Phew! As a response, you're turning our attention to his service to Tamil literature. In other words, you're trying to hide her view from others; or attempting to overwhelm it by directing our attention to elsewhere. Her point is shared by so many. Uthamathanam Saminatha Iyer was an orthodox brahmin - it is the fact which you should controvert. Unable to controvert, you're pointing out to his service to Tamil. A good scholar may be a bad human. Scholarship and humanity don't always go together. This is life, Aravindan! Not my imagination !!

U Ve Sa held Sanskrit in high esteem and that came from his brahminical orthodoxy. A Tamil scholar preferring Sanskrit to Tamil? Why not? Many practiced untouchability but claimed to be great servants of society! Why? Because they thought that a full life need not be blemish-less; or untouchability is a religious duty lovable to God.

There're many instances of the barbs of his orthodoxy that hurt non-brahmins. You can procure the autobiography of the old Tamil writer Narana Duraikkannan to know how he was driven away of this Tamil Thaththaa.,

U Ve Sa is a great Tamil scholar but, as a private person, he was a fanatical brahmin for whom Orthodox way of life was paramount.PVhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15199331777121441458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2383732783190307682.post-85799804357105165442015-08-02T23:06:57.091-04:002015-08-02T23:06:57.091-04:00Thank u.this is a classic rebutal.Thank u.this is a classic rebutal.subbuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01471039545813757751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2383732783190307682.post-69043054518552481932014-02-26T15:23:25.869-05:002014-02-26T15:23:25.869-05:00Why did you post Thamizhachchi's speech instea...Why did you post Thamizhachchi's speech instead of SHri Sri Ravinsanker, if you think the later is importatnt?nsf101yhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00343472748995485656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2383732783190307682.post-22944727833116800352012-07-19T08:27:45.252-04:002012-07-19T08:27:45.252-04:00Dear Sir
You write "She repeated for the um...Dear Sir

You write "She repeated for the umpteenth time that Shankaracharya called Tamil as 'lowly language not fit for God's during prayer time'"

It has been bandied about a million times by Dravidan circles; I have not come across any original quote to that effect by Kanchi Shankaracharya. It is always somebody quoted somebody saying somebody seeing somebody hearing ...... Shaknaracharya said so. You cannot see such a quote from any of Shankaracharya's own writings.

This is a typical Dravidian misinformation campaign in the fashion Sumathy. For all her sanskrit origin name, she should carry a Brand name like 'Thamizachchi'. It looks like the Dravidian movement has no respect whatsoever for historical truths; they indulge only in wild propaganda. That is a style they have inherited from late EVR.

Vijayaraghavanவன்பாக்கம் விஜயராகவன்https://www.blogger.com/profile/16336764407971993989noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2383732783190307682.post-78766587515842217462012-07-18T23:35:54.725-04:002012-07-18T23:35:54.725-04:00Nicely written Sir.
